- have confirmed flight cancellations or major delays
- are unable to reach their booked accommodation
- need safe, immediate shelter while they reorganize travel plans
We’re prioritizing cases where travellers have limited support networks in Dubai and are facing immediate hardship.

How to Request a Temporary Stay
To keep the process fast and fair, we’ve simplified the request flow.
Step 1: Send your request

Step 2: Include these details
Please share:
- Full name + passport nationality
- Current location in Dubai (or arrival point)
- Number of guests (adults/children)
- Requested check-in time and estimated stay length
- Proof of disruption (any of the below):
- airline cancellation notice
- flight rebooking screen
- airport statement / screenshot
- booking reference showing affected itinerary
Step 3: We confirm availability + next steps
If we can accommodate, we’ll send:
- unit location area (not full address until confirmed)
- check-in instructions
- basic house rules and stay limits
Response time target: as fast as possible, but depends on message volume and unit availability.
Who Can Get Support
This support is aimed at genuinely stranded travellers impacted by travel disruption.
Priority may be given to:
- families with children
- elderly travellers
- travellers with medical needs (non-emergency)
- solo travellers without local support
- travellers with confirmed cancellations and no alternative accommodation
We may not be able to support if:
- the request is not connected to travel disruption
- there is no evidence of cancellation/delay
- the stay requested is long-term
- all units allocated for support are full
